_及物动词建议/提议，suggest sth to *向某人建议某事。
_i'll suggest a new plan to him. suggest doing sth建议做某事。
_he suggested going fishing this afternoon. suggest * /one's doing sth建议某人做某事。
_you should suggest him/his giving up smoking.suggest that从句，建议……，此时要求从句使用虚拟语气，谓语由should 动词原形构成，should可以省略。
